I have researched the word of God for 30 + years .. There is nothing that states a man should share his wage with others outside of giving to the poor, but even then, its a free choice of the man giving, not forced to give.. The Judgment of that man and his giving is of God, not of men.. God has always blessed a man in measure by his deeds. For one to oversee the blessings of God is to play God! It would bring a curse on the Nation!
